Vincent, last evening : The weather is likely to become cloudy and unsettled, with rain following, especially in northern and East Coast districts, and accompanied by thunderstorms in those areas. The rainfall, however, will not be extensive, being of a scattered nature. Moderate to strong northerly to north easterly winds prevailing, and backing by north to west.
