OLYMPIC MOTOR SHOW.
THE COMING ATTRACTION.
GROWTH OF AUCKLAND'S TRADE. An indication of the extraordinary growth of the motor trade in the Auckland province, is afforded by the number and value of the vehicles to be exhibited at the Olympia Motor Exhibition, which will be opened at the Prince's Wharf on Saturday, February 23. No fewer than 109 motor-cars and 25 trucks will be on show, representing thirty of the world's leading makers, and of an estimated capital of £80,000. The exhibition will run for eight nights and seven days, concluding on Saturday evening, March 1. The hours of admission will be from 10.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Decorating and lighting arrangements, and the whole matter of display, are in the hands of one of the city s prominent architects, so that an harmonious and beautiful ensemble can be relied on. Musical selections will be rendered every afternoon and evening by two specially augumented orchestras of twelve musicians each. Refreshments will be •procurable in a well-appointed and cosy tea-room on the first floor. The Auckland Motor Trade Association, which is promoting and conducting the exhibition, has decided to donate the proceeds to the Auckland War Memorial Fund.
