In the Magistrate's Court to-day, Mark Hansen sued. the North Tiraumea Dairy Company for £f4S7 arising out of his dismissal ' from the position of acting' manager. l Mr. S. L. P. "Free, S.M., give judgment for the defendant company, with £22 costs. The plaintiff - was for nine years manager of tne company's factory. The magistrate observed that there were two factions on the directorate Government and Opposition. . _ Plaintiff's acts showed that his sympathies were with the Opposition. : • ' . J
