Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 4.6 p.m.) SYDNEY. Dec. 15. The Premier, Sir George Fuller, denouncing the Labour Council's project to raise a loan of £200,000 in Australia for the assistance of tho Russian Soviet Government, suggested that it was part of a world-wide Bolshevik scheme to raise contributions for revolutionary propaganda. '
