GERMAN BID FOR MONOPOLY.
VIGILANCE IN AMERICA. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Herd. 4.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 15. The New York Chemical Manufacturers' Association announces that constant vigilance is required to prevent German dye industries from obtaining control of American dye factories with a view to recapturing the world's dye monopoly. The United States should prevent this at any cost. '
