FALL FROM A BUILDING.
WORKMAN SEVERELY HURT.
[BY \ TELEGRAPH.-OWN CORRESPONDENT.] " WELLINGTON. Saturday. Mr. G. H. Bennett, a married man, residing at Silverstream, and, employed on the new building that is being erected at the Trentham racecourse, met with an accident while ■> engaged in placing ;' the roof beams yesterday afternoon. He fell from the scaffold to the floor, a distance of 17ft. or 18ft. He broke his right thigh and right arm, injured the fingers of his left hand and received a severe cut on his head. He was removed to , the Wellington Hospital.
