ELLERSLIE HOMING CLUB.
The Ellerslie Homing Pigeon Club flew a ladies' race on Saturday from Hu'ntly. The birds were liberated by Mr. Pageley in fine weather. Miss Rhoda Sheils" clocked in ■l winner. The club flew its- Christehurch race in stormy weather, The birds were liberated mt 4.40 a.m. by Mr. Robinson: ontv three birds homed in race time, Messrs. Hunter Bros.'
