ADMINISTRATOR TO ARRIVE
[BY TELEGRArH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON. Sunday. Major-General G. S. Richardson, Administrator of Samoa, will arrive at Auckland by tho Tofua about December 4, and will discuss with members of the Government at Auckland, important matters of policy connected with Samoan affairs. The Minister of External Affairs, Sir Francis- Bell, will take part in the conference, and possibly Sir Maui Pomare, minister in charge of the Cook Island Administration,
