it is an easy matter to wash Shantung silk so that it will look " as good as new." The garment should be washed in a warm lather, and then rinsed thoroughly in two ( or three .waters before giving it a final dip in milk and water. The milk will, give it that attractive "new" appearance.] The frock or blouse should be put into the air to dry arranged on a clothes hanger./ Afterwards it must be ironed on the wrong side.
