'A sitting of the Supreme Court in bankruptcy was held before Mr. Justice Herdman yesterday. The following bankrupts were granted discharges .-—Eustace Syratt Souster,, builder, of Parnell; Neil Johnson, builder, of 14, Ewington Avenue, Mount Eden; John Wouldes, of Whangapara. para, Great Barrier; George Annear Creeth, agent, of Remuera; Malcolm Bilton Gordon, of St. George's Bay Road, Parnell; Thomas Bryee Epps and Thomas Henry Epps, farmers; Alfred Edward Hollay, storekeeper; James Pennycook, manufacturer.
