ASSAULT IN A THEATRE.
BOY BEFORE THE COURT.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] / DANNEVTRKE, Friday In the Juvenile Offenders' Court to-day, a boy, aged 14£ years, was charged with having indecently assaulted a young, girl. Accused had been employed in a picture theatre, and it was alleged that he induced the girl to go inside the building during the daytime, when the offence was alleged to have been committed. The charge was reduced to one of common assault, and accused way admitted to probation for two years, the magistrate, Mr. Stout, imposing a condition that accusemust not attend the pictures or be connected with picture theatres during thai period.
