PARTNERSHIP DISPUTE.

BUSINESS AT NORTHCOTE. A case arising: from a dissolution of a partnership came before Mr. W. R. MeKcan, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, when Thomas Heaton (Mr. Bone) sued Harry Weaver (Mr. Luxford) for £91 15s. The parties were partners in a store at Northcote, and the partnership was dissolved last February. Under the agreement plaintiff took over the assets of the business, and indemnified defendant against all liabilities connected with it. Defendant denied liability for the amount claimed. Judgment was given for defendant, with costs.
