BUILDING SITE AREAS.

TAURANGA. Wednesday. Several properties in tho Tauranga district are being subdivided into building site areas. Plans recently approved by .the local bodies include two properties in the southern part of the borough, one at Whareroa, on the eastern side of the harbour, and the other on the Otumoetai Peninsula.
