The China Inland Mission has informed the Australian and New Zealand Press Association that the report of the rescue of Miss Sharp and Miss Darroch from bandits by General Chang is premature. Negotiations are still being conducted with the bandit chief. The mission is optimistic concerning, the cutcome.
