DOG'S STRANGE MEAL.
SWALLOWED GOLD WATCH.
A woman reported to the Petersham police. Sydney, that' she had been robbed of a gold wristlet watch. A little later her pet bull .terrier, Bill, became ill, and seemed to be worried about something. His owner gave him some medicine, and Bill,, after a violent paroxysm , coughed up the missing -watch.,. 'He had apparently failed '.to chew it, and had swallowed it whole.
