The Government meteorologist reported Ust night as , follows —Present indications aro for increasing northerly winds, strong ■to galo shortly southwards of New* Plymouth, and Castlepoint; weather warm and humid, .with skies clouding over and rain following shortly, particularly in the West Coast and Southern districts. - The barometer will fall everywhere. ■
