TRESPASS BY HUSBAND.
ON HIS WIFE'S PROPERTY. ONE MONTH'S HARD LABOUR. [iJV TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT ] PAEROA, Tuesday. At tho Paeroa Police Court to- day, before Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M., H. D. Sorenson was charged with i trespassing on his - wife's property during the currency of a separation order. Mrs. Sorenson said that, she had a separation order against defendant, but he had only paid £2. He persisted in calling at the house after the order was made and threatened to use a knife on her. ,■ The magistrate, fn sentencing Sorenson to one month's hard labour, classified him as a waster.
