TO-DAY'S FORECAST. ; GOVERNMENT REPORT. The Government meteorologist reported last night as follows :—-Present indications are for variable breezes, with easterlies to northerlies ruling. Fair to cloudy -weather may be expected generally, but unsettled at times in northern and southernmost districts. Tho barometer shows "little movement.- ;>. '- . HERALD SPECIAL FORECAST.
