THE PAPATOETOE CLUB. The Papatoetog Croquet Club held its annual meeting on Saturday evening. The election of officers resulted in last year's executive being re-elected as follows: — President, Mrs. Thompson; vice-presi-dentß, Mesdames R. McCullough and W Cutforth; secretary and treasurer, Mrs' J. Bryant; committee Mesdames' Daisley, Nettlingham, Hall, and Misses Gane and Hamilton. Satisfaction was expressed at the result of last year's inter-club play' Papatoetoe Club came a good second in the junior grade, being only 40 points below Eden and Epsom. . ST.
