THE OTAHUHU CLUB. The annua] euchre tournament and social of the Otabuhu Bowling Club was held on Friday evening,' when notwithstanding the inclement weather, there was a large attendance. The music by Mr. Burnand's orohestra, and a capable M.C., all conduced to an enjoyable evening. The euchre prizes wore won by Mrs. Patton and Mrs. Snell, the latter after a tie be - tween Mrs. Baker and Mrtk Snell . Mrs, Nixon won the booby prize. In the men's division ties wore ■ played off between Messrs. Aiken, Ferguson, Nixon, and Far ell ey,'. the winners being Messrs. Aiken and Ferguson. Mr. T. George won the booby prize,, A number of new members were enrolled. The future of the club looks bright and prosperous. . The following were winners of the competitions played during the season : — Champion of the green, Mr. Ken. Lippiat; champion pairs, S. E. Harper and A. Campbell j handicap singles, B.
