MR. H. H. CARR , APPOINTED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN' CORRESPONDENT. • / GISBOENB. Monday. Mr. H. H. Carr, registrar of the Native Land Court at Gisborne, has been ap-. pointed a Judge "of the . Native, Land Court. Mr. Carr joined the, Court in 1896, and in 1910 was appointed commissioner of the Court. In May, 1921,\ ho was named a member of the Urewera Commission to effect a settlement of the consolidation scheme. During the past two years Mr. Carr has acted as relieving Judge in Rotorua in place of Judge Ay son, who has been engaged at the Islands. ■ j
