At the Mount Albert Grammar School there was also a much better attendance, an additional 20 boys having returned,; making the total absentees' 80. '■'-. This school now has a full staff. At the Girls' Grammar School, Howe Street, the position remains about the same. ' Influenza has reduced the manual and technical staff of the Education Board and yesterday the board granted leave of absence to six of its instructors who are suffering from the complaint. •■ There are a larger number of cases of' influenza in Otahuhu, but not many serious.
