A joint conference of Japanese chambers of commerce in China and Japan at a session here adopted the following resolution : "We hereby warn the Government and people of China that they should come to their senses as soon as possible and effect the unification and stability of their country and stop antiJapanese agitation. At the same time we demand that the Japanese Government should take firm and drastic action in regard to this agitation, which is decidedly an act of violence and outrage."
