Arrangemento have been made for Sir James Craig, Premier of Northern Ireland, and Mr. W. T. Cosgrave, President of'the'Dai! Eirean'n,, to meet in London to discuss a number of outstanding questions • between Northern Ireland and the 'Free -State, notably regarding the railways running through . both . territories, also measures for dealing with animal diseases, but" there is no mention of the boundary" question. , : • .
