ROME, July 17.

Following Signer Mussolini's remarkable oration, in which he hinted at the dissolution of the Chamber if the Electoral Reform Bill were obstructed, the Chamber passed a vote of confidence in the Government by 303 votes to 130. A motion approving the general principles of the Bill was adopted by 236 votes to 139. Seventy-seven members did not vote.
