LARGE EXTENSION TO BASEMEN!
Work will commence on Monday at the Queen Street premises of Messrs. John I Court,: Ltd., in connection with extensive additions to the firm's basement area. ! The property on which .the six-storey J building stands already possesses (base- } merit accommodation comprising approxi-
mately half the ground area, and the purpose of the new extensions is to so enlarge the basement that it will cover the entire area on which the building stands. It is the intention of the firm to use the enlarged basement for storage accommodation and to increase its packing facilities. Messrs. J. T. Julian and Son have the contract.
