CONSPIRACY IN W. VIRGINIA
87 PERSONS INDICTED.

At Wheeling, West Virginia, the Federal Grand Jury returned 87 indictments charging various officials and prominent residents of Ohio County with conspiracy to violate the Volstead Act. Those indicted include the former city treasurer, deputy gaoler, and council men. Eighteen arrests have been made so far.
