LIMITS ON PRESCRIPTIONS.
DOCTOR GRANTED INJUNCTION.

In tho Federal District Court, Judge Knox ruled void the section of the Volstead Prohibition Enforcement Act limiting physicians' prescriptions to one pint of whisky per patient every ten days. Tho Court granted a local doctor's application for an injunction restraining prohibition enforcement agents from interfering with him prescribing any amount of whisky he considered necessary in his medical judgment.
