CONTRACTING OF DEBTS.
BANKRUPTCY ACT CHARGE.
A breach of the Bankruptcy Act was the charge preferred against William Lawrence Pullinger, aged 42, who appeared in the Police Court yesterday before Mr. J. W. Poynton, S.M. It was alleged that accused, during the time of his bankruptcy, contracted a debt of £34, at which time he could not have had any reasonable prospect of payment. He was remanded till Monday.
