CONTRACTING OF DEBTS.

BANKRUPTCY ACT CHARGE.

A breach of the Bankruptcy Act was the charge preferred against William Lawrence Pullinger, aged 42, who appeared in the Police Court yesterday before Mr. J. W. Poynton, S.M.
