PENDING ENGAGEMENTS.

[BY TELEGRAPH. ASSOCIATION. J WELLINGTON. Thursday. ' The proposed movements of the Gover-nor-General, Lord Jellicoe, and Lad Jellicoe, are that they intend leaving Takapau toward the end of this month. Lord Jellicoe. will then visit Wellington for a day or two, and afterwards will go deer stalking in Otago at the head of Lake Wanaka. At the beginning of April Lady Jellicoe will go into residence at Government House, Auckland. On April 12 Her Excellency and the Hon. Lucy Jellicoe hope to be present at the Wellington '' Racing • Club's autumn meeting, after which they leave for the South Island, the Hon. Lucy Jellicoe paying a visit to Christchurch and Lady Jellicoe travelling south to Bluff to join Lord Jellicoe about April 14. Their Excellencies ' will embark on H.M.S. Chatham for a visit to' Stewart Island, arriving there on April 15 and leaving on the evening of the following day for Dunedin. From April 17 to 23 Their Excellencies will fulfil various engagements at .Dunedin, and will then travel to Christchurch in order to attend a number of functions connected with Anzac Day, including attendance_ at the special Anzac Day memorial service and the laying of the foundation stone of the [Bridge of Remembrance. Lord Jellicoe has promised while at Christchurch to at-" 1 tend a Navy League function on the evening of April 23 (St. George's Day) in commemoration of the storming of Zeebrugge, and on April 24 a reunion of Comrades of the Great War. He will also be present at sessions of the boy' scouts' annual meeting on April 26. Their Excellencies and the Hon. Lucy Jellicoe will leave Christchurch' for the North Island later, and y;ill go into residence at Government House, Auckland, for several .vteeks. • ?■«
