LONDON, March 11. The Paris edition of the Chicago Tribune says that there is much comment in France at the announcement by the Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, that it has arranged to publish Mr. Lloyd George's articles on current political questions. As ' the newspaper is ■ the organ of the German industrialists, Le Matin uses the headline "Stinnes' Employee."
