[by telegraph.— ASSOCIATION.] "WELLINGTON. Wednesday. William Richard Thomas, aged 23, pleaded guilty at the Magistrate's Court to 11 charges of forgery of certificates for concessions on the . railway between Wellington arid Petone. In filling a form he stated that he was tinder 21 years of ape. The amount involved was 25 12s 6d. The accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
