HAMILTON MALE CHOIR.

At the annual meeting of the Hamilton Male Choir the report showed that although the past year had been a difficult one members had emerged feeling most enthusiastic for the new season's work The financial statement showed a credit balance. The election of officers resulted: —Patron, Mr. J.- R. Fow; president, Mr. J. F. Roberts: vice-presidents, Mrs. H. C. Ross, Drs. Douglas, Gower, and Green, Messrs. F. C. House. C. L. Macdiarmid, A. E. Manning. J. Carter, J. Gordon, R. Madill, H. J. Ferguson. R. P. Hill, F. W. Hare, and A. W. Green; secretary. Mr. W. B. G. Williams; treasurer, Mr. D. 0. Scott; librarian. Mr. G. Meikle; auditor, Mr. R. W. Bennett; committee, Messrs. Burrow, H. Moody, C. Leak, Hare, and G. Hunter; pianist. Mr. Leak; conductor, Mr. J. G. Norman; deputyconductor, Mr. J. Carter.
