ANATOLIAN REFUGEES.
HUNDREDS DIE DAILY. NO AID FROM THE TURKS. (Received 6.56 p.m.) A. and N.Z. CONSTANTINOPLE, March 4. Refugees from the Black Sea littoral now number 25,000, and disease is making fearful ravages, and 100 deaths occur daily. The Turks are doing nothing, but Lady Rumbold, wife of the British High Commissioner, with the help of the British and American colonies in Constantinople, is doing her best to prevent thousands more perishing.
