SLIGHT DROP iN PRICES. MEDIUM AND INFERIOR WOOLS. '[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] INVERCARGILL, Monday. The second wool sale of the season was held to-day, 7500 bales being offered to the usual bench of buyers. When quality is considered, prices showed a drop of about id to 3d in medium and inferior wools. In finer wool the quality was not up to the previous sale, Bidding was brisk on the better quality clips, but was spasmodic on other classes. Following i» the range of —Half-bred: Super, 21d to 23Ad; medium, 17d to 20d; inferior, 15*|d to 17d- Three-quarter-bred 3 Super, 16|d to 18Ad: medium, 15d to lfi^d; inferior, l4d to 15d. Medium crossbred: Medium, 12d to 143 d; inferior, 9d to 12d; coarse crossbred, 9£d to lid medium. 83d to io£d;.inferior, B£d to Bjd. Pieces: Crossbred, 73d to 101 d ; locks, 4Jd to Bellies: Medium half-bred, lid to 13d; crutellings, 4jd to 6Jd.
