LONDON'S NIGHT LIFE.
CUSTODIAN APPOINTED. LONDON. Feb. 25. An official custodian of the morals of Westminster has been appointed at a salary of £4 a week, to watch the West End at night. He will keep an eye on night clubs, and report any annoyance to residents. The first incumbent is Captain Hainsworth, at one time attached to the Intelligence Department in France. He was formerly in the Criminal Investigation Department in Ireland, and says that his work will be very restful after his Irish duties. •
