HEAVILY OVERSUBSCRIBED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 4.8 P.m.) LONDON. Feb. 24. The subscription list for the Victorian loan of £5,000.000 has closed. The loan is heavily over-subscribed. The Premier, Mr. H. S. W. Lawson, who is in, London, regards the result as highly satisfactory.
