£5,000,000 AT 5 PER CENT. i /HIGH CREDIT OF THE STATE. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Feb. 21. A Victorian loan of £5,000,000 at 5 per cent., with a minimum of 99£, has been underwritten. The prospectus will be advertised tomorrow. The loan is to be • redeemed in 192342. The final instalment of 20 per cent, will be payable on May 31, and the first half year's interest on October 1. The Financial Times says that the security is, of course, ! undeniable, and the issue should be well covered.
