EDEN ELECTION PETITION.
I. ; — r ; HEARING OPENS ON MONDAY. 'TWO DAYS' SITTING EXPECTED. I The hearing of the petition against the election of the Hon. O. J. Parr as Parliamentary representative of the Eden electorate will be opened before Mr. Justice'Hosking and Mr. Justice Stringer at the Auckland, Magistrate's Court on ' Monday next at 11 a.m. The hearing is expected to occupy at least two days, and it is likely that-after the formal opening the proceedings will be transferred to the Supreme Court buildings. i The petitioners will be represented by Mr. A.
