MOSELLE MINERS STRIKE.
FRENCH TROOPS OCCUPY SAAR

PARIS. Feb. 9.
A message from Metz says that owing to failure of negotiations for an increase in wages the Moselle miners declared a feneral strike, but 7000 will remain to 3 work the pumps.
French troops, as a precautionary measure, have occupied the mines at Saar, where the miners have struck work. Saat railwaymen are also threatening to strike for an increase in wages.
