Teasdale Buckell,,in respect of three inventions of light filters for increasing the keenness of vision in the search for submarines. ; Mr. Trevor Watson, in supporting the claim, mentioned in respect of the first invention, which was brought out early in 1915, that the claimant, who was then a lieutenant-commander in the Navy, on going into Lord Fisher's room, saw on the table a copy of his official report with the words: scrawled across it in chalk by Lord Fisher, "Get this done before the end of the war." ,
