The Minorities Sub-Commission has reached a unanimous agreement. The Turks have undertaken to give "a full amnesty to all Christians except 150 persons who will be expelled. " , ' The Ailies dropped the proposal that Christians should not be liable to military service, as there was no likelihood of the Turks agreeing to it.
