ROBBERY WITH VIOLENCE.
THREE YEARS' REFORMATIVE. [BY TELEGB.ITH. —OWN COnBESPONDEHT.] HAMILTON. FridayHugh James Colling aged 32, wa charged with robbery with violence at th« Supreme Court to-day. The Crown alleged that, the prisoner followed Neifl McLean, who was under the influence of liquor, into a convenience in Collingwood Street, and took from him a bottle of whisky and £3 10s in money, catourg him by the throat and pushing him against the wall as he went through his pockets. • The jury returned a verdict of guilty, and Collins was sentenced to reformative for three years.
