ft— — ALLEGATION OF DOPING. AN OWNER DISQUALIFIED. Nickley, Decorate and Bobiss, then had a deciding heat. Amid intense excitement Decorate and Bobiss raced on terms down the straight and passed the post level. Another protest against Decorate was promntly lodged by tho connections oT Bobis's,- on grounds similar to those ot the previous objection; but it was oi no avtuT. Tho owner of Bobiss insisted upon a run-off between Bobisa and Perorate. While tho horses were rating »««■ plaint was made that the owner of Bob ss had civen whisky and water to his horse.
