PREMIER MEETS LEADER. RESIGNATION WITHHELD. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Becd. 6.5 p.m.) ROME. Oct. 28. Tho Prime Minister, Signor Facta, has withheld his resignation pending an interview with Signor Mussolini, leader of the Fascisti. It is believed that Signor Facta will negotiate a reorganisation of the Cabinet in order to include one or two Fascisti.
