Mr. E. C. Purdie, vice-president of the Young Citizen's League, will speak at the meeting of women, to bo held at St. Sepulchre's Parish Hall to-morrow afternoon, in place of Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., who is still in Dunedin. Mr. Purdie's subject will be " Character Building in the Home and School.".
