CRICKET.
THE NORTH SHORE CLUB. The annual meeting of the North Shore Cricset Club was attended by 30 members, while several new members were elected. The report and balance-sheet showed that the club, thanks to the efforts of the committee during the winter months, was now financially in a satisfactory position. The sum of £110 was spent on the wickets. The following officers were elected:—President, Dr. Bennett: additional vice-presidents, Ford, Mills, Allen, J. A. Callander, and Holloway; joint secretaries, Messrs. R. J. Clark and A. Ensor; hon. treasurer, Mr. F. Botterill: hon. auditors. Messrs. F. Eyre and S. Townsend; general committee. Messrs. L. Dacre, R. Nettleton, Prime. Jackson, Park, Frater, and Sandman: delegates to Auckland Association, Messrs. R. J. ClaT?i. L. Dacre, F. Botterill; club captain, Mr. Park. THE PAKURANGA CLUB. The annual meeting of the Pakuranga Cricket Club was largely attended. The following officers were elected:—Patron. Sir Frederic Lang; president. Mr. C. Hewland; vice-presidents. Messrs. H. M. Phillipson, C. .fiunson, Malcolm B.uckland, and J. T. Gill; secretary and treasurer. Mr. G. Thompson.
