COSTLEY HOME.

Sir,—Will you kindly find space to convey to the members of the Devonport Band how much we inmates, both male and female, of ttio Oostley Home, appreciate their kindness in going to the trouble and expense of coming to cheer us with their much appreciated music on Sunday.' It makes us feel that some kind friends outside do not forget us entirely. The doctor and the manager are ail that can be desired in their departments: The music added" to their kindness helps to make life worth living. We have no other means of letting the band know how it cheered us but through the press, and we feel that the band will be pleased to know that we are intensely grateful to them. Residents of the Costley Home.
