A meeting of farmer delegates connected with the dairy industry discussed the question of the proposed control of dairy produce. After discussion, the following motion was carried: — lhat the whole of tho cream suppliers of Otago and Southland win be absolutely unrepresented at the conference. in Wellington, this representative meeting of cheese factory • representatives and dairy farmers of I Otago enters an emphatic protest against any dealing with our produce without our consent."
