A VALUABLE COLLECTION. [BX TBLBGEAPH.—SPECIAL BJPPORTEB.] WELLINGTON, Wednesday A return presented to the House today shows that the estimated value of the printed books and manuscripts in the Parliamentary library is £75,834. It is stated tliat to replace the structure of the library and entrance block would cost £41,000, and the balance of the library wing £15,000. To replace the steel shelving would cost £3240, and the furniture and other fittings £2240.
